What the calculation includes
- Time spent extracting CV information.
- Re-entering and structuring data.
- Time spent checking the parsed result.
- The known annual CVReaderPro cost.
- Initial fees, when you know the amount.
Time savings calculator
Estimate the time your team spends extracting, entering and structuring CV data, then compare the value of time you could recover with the cost of CVReaderPro.
Calculate my time savingsYour estimate
The calculation compares the same tasks before and after CVReaderPro: extracting, entering, structuring, checking and using CV data.
Move from estimate to measurement
This calculator gives you an estimate. To measure actual time savings, test the same process with a representative sample of your own CVs.
Select several CV types that reflect the documents your team actually receives.
Time the extraction, data entry and structuring of useful information.
Parse the same CV types, check the data and include any corrections required.
Compare total time and data quality, then update the calculator with your observed values.

How the calculation works
An hour freed up may let a team process more applications, spend more time sourcing or speaking with candidates, or reduce some administrative work.
The calculator values this work capacity so you can compare it with the solution cost. It does not present it as a guaranteed payroll reduction or accounting profit.
From raw document to usable data
Each feature affects a different task. The calculation adds no extra savings unless you state an assumption explicitly.
Parsing turns information in CVs into structured data your team and tools can use.
Matching compares structured candidate information with job requirements. Recruiters keep the final hiring decision.
Structured data can be reused to create consistent CVs to share with clients, managers or teams.
Use CVReaderPro in the web app, through an email workflow, or integrate it with an ATS or HR tool using the API.
Example calculation
A team processes 500 CVs each month, spends 4 minutes manually processing each CV, estimates 2 minutes of remaining work after parsing and values time at €35 per hour.
This value depends entirely on the assumptions chosen. It is not a guaranteed saving or a measured customer result.
Calculate with my own data →Not necessarily. The calculator values potentially recovered working hours using the hourly cost you enter. Those hours may be reassigned to other tasks without immediately reducing payroll spending.
Measure only the tasks you want to compare: identifying useful information, re-entering it and structuring the data. Time several representative CVs and use their average.
Parsing does not remove the recruiter’s responsibility to review the result. Time after parsing should include checking, any corrections and using the candidate profile.
Rule-based parsing uses 1 credit per CV for 56 fields. AI 56 uses 3 credits for 56 fields and AI 96 uses 5 credits for 96 fields. Turn on the advanced split if you use multiple modes.
No. Matching does not use credits, although the number of simultaneously active offers depends on the plan.
No. PDF generation does not use parsing credits.
The calculator compares required credits and, if entered, active offers with published capacity. If public pricing is not enough to establish the full cost reliably, it asks you to get a quote instead of showing an artificially precise net value.
Yes. The 14-day trial includes 200 credits and does not require a credit card. Test a representative sample, measure both processes and replace the assumptions with observed values.
Yes. You do not need an account or contact details to change assumptions and view the result.
Test a representative sample of your work, measure the time actually required and compare it with your current process.
